i cna honestly say that this app is very good fo rpeople like me, who spend hours staring at a computer screen. it has allowed me to eliminate some strain on my eyesight by forcing me to take a break. when i first encountered the app, i was skeptical because it just seemed too good to be true! when i did not have the app on my mac, i was able to discipline myself in the same manner and now that my school work is picking up and my onlie activities are also picking up, i need to install the app again. i am hoing that it is even better for me now than it has been in the past.

I thought this would be great since I am constanlty straining my eyes working on the computer for several hours a day. However the app doesnt show up in the menu bar and when I attempted to turn it on it dimed the screen every two minutes. Extremely frustrating! I deleted the app and its still doing it!! _
